Get a person to answer the phone
The phone service is the most frustrating thing about the USPS. I miss the days when you could actually talk to a person. Hoping my packages do not get sent back...... I may not be a proponent of the US mail services at that point. Could get ugly. All could be avoided if I could have talked to an actual person of my local PO. FRUSTRATED beyond words right now.
The phone system is absolutely a waste of time and money.
The worst post office. I've called multiple times trying to figure out why my mail is being returned to places and no one cares or has the decency to call me back. I have lived in Skiatook for 10 years. Every time I call I can never get a straight answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely terrible service. I have constant trouble with the mail carrier being too lazy to deliver my mail and parcels. I've complained several times, but no one in management seems to care. There's never more than one clerk at the counter, even when the line is out the door. Don't bother calling, no one will answer the phone EVER.
