Small quiet place , excellent tent sites on the water. Had a blast
sometimes Corn Ball and I like to ride doubles on the scooter to good ole bull creek. a whole afternoon of skipping rocks and sending out messages in bottles hoping they'll find their way to a distant magical land like Arkansas. No reply yet buy ill keep the google review fam updated.
I can not speak for any other time of year though....
Great little campground, quiet and near the water.
I think that I may have come during the wrong time of the year, but it was in the middle of winter on a random 80*F day. Long story short, all the young locals had some huge gathering with very loud country music being played until 3am and then many loud diesel trucks unnecessary reving their engine far past midnight with races going on along the entrance roads. I could almost not sleep.
